Justin C. Philip is the President and Creative Director of Horizon Graphics and Web Solutions Ltd. He has always had a passion for art and expressing his creativity. While growing up, he learned web design techniques, studied Computer Science, and then later graduated from university with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) in IT Management with a focus on Digital Media.

Throughout his life, he had a keen eye to notice things such as inconsistent business and marketing materials, poor design choices, and weak brand identity within various industries. With over 7 years of work, personal and educational experience, he decided to pursue his passion and solving the dilemmas of poor brand identity by combining all his skills to start his design firm, Horizon Graphics and Web Solutions Ltd.

Today, Justin currently researches and practices the latest design trends and techniques, ensuring the work that HGWS produces meets the latest standards and the client's needs.
